I did july's budet today, it took me ages. I have a sore back to prove it. I kept going over the numbers until I was happy. Our expenses are high & I look forward to seeing them decrease when we move, but that is not happening this week.
Today I rang around for the best price on Home & contents insurance. Alliance were $150 cheaper than the renewal at AAMI. Took a while though as I got 4 quotes, but I am happy with reducing that by $150. (Go Me)
I did 3 loads of washing & hung them on the clothesline, so they got half dry, then I put them on the dring racks inside so I avoid using the clothes dryer. Another win.
I saved all the vegies peel & little bits for Molly's Stew. Molly is our cat & I make her food also.
I went for a walk rather than turning on the heater.
That is my small efforts today. I am glad I made them.
