Well I went out this morning & by the time I got back the real estate boards are up! 2 of them, one on the front & one on the side, as we live on a corner block.
Feels like a step in the right direction. Found a nice house on realestate.com last night that ticks all the boxes, now we just need to sell.
What are the boxes?
Less mortgage.
Minimum 1/4 acre land.
In our area so the boys don't have to change schools.
Room to grow vegies, so we need some sunshine, and DH's aquaponics.
Shed with power.
Car port or garage.
3 bedroom plus a study.
Outdoor entertaining area.
Wish list...
Ensuite. Evaporative cooling. Timber flooring. Established gardens.
Really dreaming...
Fruit trees, compost bays, grey water system, water tanks, spa and/or pool.
